The market in El Valle offers a great variety of Indian handicraft as shown in the pictures above, well as plants and fruit and vegetables.

There is a great variety of adventure trails for the hikers to choose from featuring  mountain jungle tracks at Canopy tours, to the "El Macho" waterfalls as well as to the sleeping Indian mountain and many others to discover the natural beauty of El Valle.

You may visit El Nispero, a small zoo with a wide selection of native animals and birds as well as the famous golden frogs.

A short distance outside the village you will find the Petroglyphs, Precolombian art carved in huge rocks.
